I just recently found out that my hubby cheated on me, what can i do to help me get over it?
Well we have been together for 7 yrs now and have two beautiful baby boys 4 and 2 1/2! About two weeks ago we were talking and he confessed to have a relationship with a girl that his friend introduced hime to. I guess you could say that they were a couple, he was with her during and after my pregnancy with our first child! He would always deny being with any other women other than myself the whole 7 yrs we have been together. It has been about 3 yrs since he and that other person have been together, so for 3 years he has lied to me about being with her. He did admit to having sex with her, only once but they were together for a year! I cant stop thinking about it, i get images in my head of them being together, i really love him and want to work it out, but how can i stop thinking about them?
Just go with your heart and give it time, if you go for months and months feeling this way, I think the best thing to do is to just let it go. It hurts me so much to say that but cheating is the worst thing someone can do in a relationship. In the heat of passion, I understand its hard but once you kiss someone who isn’t your wife or girlfriend, your body should send out a shock like “back away from the unrecognized body NOW, think of the consequences.” I love u girl, I don’t want you to be hurt and think about this everyday, trust me, someone will take care of you and your beautiful kids, put it in Gods hands….
