Update for my contacts – Test results?
Well, DHs test results came back yesterday (I had to call and ask for them). It is increased viscosity and she recommends IUI (intra uterine insemination if that’s how you spell it). It is a miracle that we were even pregnant the first time (but lost it) so I should be hopeful. I was just pretty upset upon hearing that BUT at least we have a reason for our infertility. Our next step is to contact an RE and see what we need to do to start the process. Anyone have any idea how much IUI is going to cost us? How is everyone else doing???
We are on our 19th cycle of trying.

Hey! You know what you’re right, I know it’s difficult news for you to hear…but on the positive side you have an answer and can work towards a solution…keep in mind that even though you lost your first pregnancy it looks like it IS possible for you get pregnant “the old fashion way”….I do not know how much IUI is so sorry I can’t be help there..but will part of it be covered under insurance if you have a medical reason for needing it? I am in first month of TTC after birth control so having a confusing month of cramping , sore boobs, and bloating and not knowing what any of it means! Cycle day 14 is today and I”m really not noticing alot of CM but am using BBT to try to see if I”m acutally ovulating! I’ve read alot that women ovulate later in the month after BC or possibly not at all but trying to remain positive! How long have you been trying?
