I feel your pain. I had kidney infections through out my last three pregnancy’s. With my first they would get so bad I would be hospitalized for a week at a time. My best suggestion for you, is stay far away from caffiene,drink as much water as you can! I stayed on the antibiotic macrobid for my entire pregnancy’s and babies all came out just fine. It’s a really good antibiotic and doesn’t affect baby.
