Is it OK to have 2 cups of english tea per day during 18th week of pregnancy? ?

I am 17 weeks 1 day pregnant. Past few days, I have been having 2 instead of 1 cup of tea per day. Is it safe to continue doing so?

Tea is okay, it does contain caffeine, as coffee does, but as long as it is not too strong, and you don’t drink more than 2 or 3, you will be fine.

I am English and I drank 3 – 4 cups of tea daily with all my pregnancies.
