Smoking and Alcohol during first trimester?

I missed my period, using the pregnancy calculator I would be just shy of 10 weeks pregnant. I am a mother of 2 and have not felt the typicall pregnancy symptoms as I have in the past. Just don’t feel pregnant.
My question is: I have been drinking about twice a week and smoking….if stop now, will this affect the fetus?
Please do not pass judgement on me as you do not know me, I am just looking for someone who has experience with this situation or who may know if it is possible the baby has been harmed.
