Could my dog be pregnant ot false pregnancy?

I know about dogs being pregnant and about a false pregnancy but it is really hard to tell. Also I am thinking it is a false pregnancy because I did not see her mate with any other dog, just my moms small male dog kept humping her. Okay so it has been about 3 weeks since she stopped bleeding from her heat cycle. And right now her nipples are getting bigger and they seem to be filling up with milk but none is coming out yet. She did not gain any weight. So do you think it could just be a false pregnancy because isn’t this a little early to be getting bigger boobs if she was pregnant. I have a appt to get her spayed on the 27th but I might take her to the vet this coming week to see if she is pregnant or not. I am really just hoping she is not pregnant. Also if a dog is pregnant how many weeks after being pregnant can they still get spayed? thanks

If she is pregnant she would not be showing any symptoms yet. It is too early. A canine pregnancy is abt 63 days so you would have a way yo go yet. In abt a month you could have an ultrasound done. Talk with your vet about spaying her. It would be better to do it early like now than when she is much farther along.
